Asbestos verdict tossed

A Mississippi judge has dismissed a $322 million verdict that was believed to be the largest single asbestos verdict ever in the United States after it was revealed that the parents of the original judge in the case had pending litigation against the defendant company, reports the Jackson Clarion-Ledger.
