Earlier this month, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued its largest-ever Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) fine - $2.96 million - against Travel Club Marketing, Inc. and its owner for allegedly making 185 calls using an automated telephone dialing system.
