At the 12th Annual Legal Reform Summit on October 26, 2011, the Annual Legal Reform Awards were presented to South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley (State Leadership Award), the Business Council of Alabama (Outstanding Organization Award), and John H. Beisner, Practice Co-Leader, Mass Torts/Insurance Litigation Practice Area, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP (Research & Policy Award).
