Arizona AG Files Motions Against AID for Flooding Judicial Systems with “Hundreds of Copy-and-Paste Lawsuits”: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office has filed a series of sanction-related motions against Advocates for Individuals with Disabilities (AID) after AID “flooded the Phoenix-area judicial systems with hundreds of copy-and-paste lawsuits.” Brnovich seeks an order that would require AID to pay the reasonable expenses for the state’s case against the organization.
