Judge tosses 53 plaintiffs' claims against J&J over Risperdal: A U.S. District Judge in St. Louis tossed 53 claims by out-of-state plaintiffs against J&J last week. He cited the U.S. Supreme Court’s June Bristol-Myers Squibb ruling to “conclude that neither he nor the Missouri state court had jurisdiction over their claims.” (Reuters)
