  • Judges Cites Arbitration Agreement, Dismisses Class Action: A Tennessee federal judge cited the Federal Arbitration Act in dismissing a Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action lawsuit against TruGreen, Inc., saying an arbitration waiver in an expired contract still prevented the plaintiff from filing the suit agains the company.
