Federal Judicial Panel to Consider Litigation Financing: The chairman of the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure suggested creating a panel to review proposed amendments to multidistrict litigation procedures, including an ILR-led proposal to require third party litigation funding transparency.
