In another case in which multiple government enforcement agencies took action against a corporation, the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Delaware Justice Department have extracted a combined $3.4 million settlement from Boston-based LPL Financial Holdings, Ltd. over allegations of the sales of “complex investment products.” LPL does not admit any wrongdoing.
