Mississippi AG Candidate Says State Should Stop Using Private Lawyers: Mark Baker, a candidate for Mississippi attorney general said the state’s use of private lawyers in litigation “removes public policy analysis” because “you're no longer looking for a resolution to the issue, you're simply looking for what I call 'taxation by litigation.'"
