Plaintiffs’ Firm in Center of Overbilling and Public Corruption Controversy Wants to See Judge’s Communications: Labaton Sucharow LLP, the plaintiffs’ firm at the heart of a potential overbilling and public corruption scandal, filed a motion Friday evening seeking communications between the court and a former judge who served as special master in an investigation into the alleged overbilling.
