States Against Climate Change Lawsuits Ask For Dismissal Of NYC's: A group of 15 state attorneys general, led by Indiana’s Curtis Hill, asked the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to toss New York City’s lawsuit against major energy companies over the effects of climate change.
