  • NH Judge Strikes Down AG/Cohen Milstein Contingency Fee Agreement: A New Hampshire state court judge struck down a contingency fee arrangement between state Attorney General Joseph Foster and plaintiffs’ firm Cohen Milstein. The firm was hired by Foster last summer for “prescription opioid” litigation against five drug manufacturers. The judge ruled that Foster should have garnered approval of the law firm contract from state lawmakers. (Forbes)
