Loughry Resigns From Supreme Court:  Suspended West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry submitted his resignation to Gov. Jim Justice on Saturday, seeming to render moot the need for renewed impeachment proceedings against him. The governor will now need to appoint an interim justice to fill Loughry’s seat until elections in May of 2020. (Herald-Dispatch)
