Tennessee is ranked #34 in the 2019 Lawsuit Climate Survey: Ranking the States, falling four positions since 2017. Despite rising in the key element category of Scientific and Technical Evidence, as well as Trial Judges’ Competence, this is the lowest ranking that it has received in the survey’s history.
